Cycle Training

Breaking Cycles CIC provides National Standard Cycle training, which is informed by the Dept. for Transport’s standard.

We use a personalised learning methodology to deliver this training in order to ensure accessibility for all people. We have a particular focus on catering to neurodiverse needs and providing access to training where social factors often make it difficult for people.

In order to do this, we work with instructors who have additional relevant qualifications and experience. This includes;

  • Additional cycling qualifications that give a deeper understanding of the training being given and put it into the wider context of cycling across all disciplines.
  • Experience of and training in Neurodiversity
  • Mental Health First aid
  • Additional teaching, coaching & education qualifications and experience
